Havila Shipping ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

| Referance is made to message sent on 2nd July 2010 where Havila Shipping subscribed for bonds with nominal value of NOK 24,5 millions in a new bond loan. Havila Shipping has now made agreement to sell the bonds at the subscripion price. This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to §5-12 vphl (Norwegian Securities Trading Act)
